What you choose to share
The inquiry form collects your name, email address, county, selected interest, optional message and consent to contact. We also save the time of submission, the page where you submitted and any campaign tags associated with your visit. Please do not submit precise hunting locations, access codes or other sensitive details.
How we use it
We use inquiries to respond to recovery requests and questions, assess the search area and availability, and discuss operator partnerships. Submitting this form does not reserve a flight or engage a recovery provider. We do not sell form submissions or automatically forward them to operators. If a referral would involve sharing your details, we will explain that and seek your permission first.
Basic site measurement
We record page paths, visit times, referring website names and campaign tags to understand how people find and use this site. These are pageview counts, not a verified count of unique visitors. Our application does not store IP addresses, advertising identifiers or device fingerprints in its analytics database.
Campaign tags may be held in your browser’s session storage so an inquiry can be associated with the campaign that brought you here. This storage ends with your browsing session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. The hosting platform may process technical connection and security information under its own policies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the connection information needed to serve them.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand visits, traffic sources, page engagement, clicks on our phone links and completed recovery requests. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes technical information about your browser, device and approximate location. A phone-link click does not confirm that a call connected.
Our tracking events do not include the name, email address, search message or precise location entered in your request. Google signals and advertising personalization are disabled in our tag configuration. Learn how Google uses information from partner sites. Recovery request email alerts
We use FormSubmit to email your inquiry to our business inbox. Your name, email, county, selected service, message and request reference are processed by FormSubmit to deliver that alert. We also keep the inquiry in our website database. FormSubmit documents a 30-day submission archive. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the site’s hosted database and are accessible to authorized site administrators through the hosting service. Contact details are not displayed publicly. We retain inquiries while they are useful for your request or an ongoing business relationship, and remove them when no longer needed or when a deletion request is fulfilled.
Your choices
You can ask to correct or delete your information, or stop receiving follow-up messages by replying to a message you receive. You can also use the inquiry form, select General information, and include your request using the same email address. Identity verification may be needed before changing or removing a record. Only submit information you have permission to share.

If we add booking features or change how inquiries are handled, we will update this policy and any related consent language. The date above identifies the current version.
